Air Conditioning
We supply, design, install and maintain all major brands of air conditioning available in the UK. We install equipment in all environments, from a single domestic unit to two hundred units in a hotel.
Air conditioning units when installed in a domestic property can be a very energy efficient way of cooling or heating a space. The heat pumps that are supplied to domestic properties also currently benefit from a 0% VAT rate.
Most major air conditioning suppliers offer a five year warranty on the equipment, giving you peace of mind for many years to come.
In a commercial environment we can also design, supply and install single systems, multi units and VRV systems serving large spaces or many smaller spaces within one building. All of the systems have energy efficient controls packages available and typically a five year warranty.
After the installation is complete, we are able to offer a full preventative maintenance package or emergency breakdown call outs.

Ventilation
We offer a complete service for the supply and installation of many types of ventilation systems. We design the systems to meet your specific requirements for spiral and rectangular duct along with plastic and fire rated ducting. We also design the complete systems including fans, heat recovery units, air handling units and ducting.
General extract systems- we can design, supply and install general extract systems for toilets, comms rooms and industrial areas.
Kitchen extract systems- we can design, supply and install complete commercial kitchen extract systems including canopies, ducting, fans and controls. We also provide control panels for gas interlock and fire protection.
Heat recovery systems- we can provide both domestic and commercial heat recovery systems. Whole house heat recovery systems from various manufacturers including small circular ducting and flat plastic systems. We also install insulation, where required to these systems.
With all of the above we can commission and balance complete systems including full commissioning data sheets where required.
Cellar Cooling
We offer a full design, installation and service of most makes of cellar cooling. We have systems for both below and above ground cellars. All of the systems have a digital thermometer to allow the user to operate the desired room temperatures.
The systems are supplied with the manufacturers’ warranty, between 3 and 5 years are available.
Energy efficient systems are available to help with the ongoing running costs.
We can also arrange for the electrical works to the systems to be undertaken.
Once an installation is completed, we offer regular service visits to maximise the life of the equipment.
